1.會(huì)議宗旨：加強(qiáng)亞太地區(qū)各國爆破界之間的學(xué)術(shù)交流與技術(shù)合作，增進(jìn)各行業(yè)各學(xué)科間的相互滲透，探討爆破技術(shù)在新世紀(jì)所面臨的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)與對策，展望爆破技術(shù)在各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景，共同推進(jìn)世界爆破技術(shù)的發(fā)展 。
2.征文內(nèi)容：
(1) 各種爆破技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用：露天爆破（如深孔爆破、硐室爆破、巖土控制爆破），地下及井巷掘進(jìn)爆破，水下爆破，爆炸加固地基基礎(chǔ)，建（構(gòu)）筑物爆破拆除，爆炸加工、油氣井爆破及其他特種爆破等。
(2) 爆破理論研究：炸藥的爆轟理論，爆破破巖機(jī)理，爆破過程的數(shù)值模擬，爆破中的力學(xué)和地質(zhì)問題，爆破動(dòng)態(tài)測試，炸藥和爆破測量技術(shù)與設(shè)備儀表，工程爆破設(shè)計(jì)與爆破參數(shù)優(yōu)化，爆破效果分析與評定等。
(3) 炸藥與起爆器材：安全的品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的工業(yè)炸藥，起爆器材與起爆技術(shù)，爆破專用器材，高精度電子雷管的研究與應(yīng)用，炮孔裝藥機(jī)械化等。
(4) 鑿巖機(jī)具與施工技術(shù)，其他施工機(jī)具及儀器儀表等。
(5) 爆破安全管理：爆破安全與對環(huán)境的影響和控制，爆破安全判據(jù)的研究，降低爆破振動(dòng)、沖擊波、粉塵、噪聲的技術(shù)，爆破事故的預(yù)防，爆破器材的檢驗(yàn)與銷毀等。
3.征稿要求：
請作者首先提交約 200 ～ 400 字的英文摘要（包括文章題目、作者、單位、聯(lián)系電話和電子郵箱）和關(guān)鍵詞。關(guān)鍵詞最好選 3 ～ 5 個(gè)。中國作者可先提供中文摘要。

錄用論文的打印版式與規(guī)格要求將另行通知。
4.會(huì)議工作語言為英文，同時(shí)配有適當(dāng)?shù)耐晜髯g。

Since The 1st Asian-Pacific Symposium on Engineering Blasting was hosted by China Society of Engineering Blasting from May 8 to May 11,
This Symposium is intended to provide an opportunity for experts, scholars, as well as entrepreneurs throughout Asian-Pacific area to exchange their academic and technical achievements in engineering blasting, explosives industry and other related fields. The purposes of the Symposium are to respond to the needs of civil engineering and construction community, to explore into the opportunities and the challenges faced by engineering blasting in this century, to work out effective countermeasures and to make greater contribution to further development of blasting technology.
Experts, professors, and engineers involved in explosives industry, engineering blasting and other related fields are warmly welcome to the Symposium.
Suggested Conference Topics:
I. Research and application of blasting techniques, such as surface blasting (i.e. long-hole blasting, chamber blasting, controlled rock blasting), underground blasting, tunneling and sinking, underwater blasting, ground foundation reinforcement by blasting, demolition blasting, shaping by blasting, oil well blasting, as well as other controlled blasting.
II. Theoretical analyses, such as theory of explosive’s initiation and detonation, fragmentation mechanism, numerical simulation, mechanical analyses, effects of geological conditions, dynamic monitoring of detonation and blasting, technology and equipment for measurement of explosives and blasting, blast design and parameter optimization, result measurement and assessment of blasting operations, etc.
III. Explosives products and initiation systems, including preparation of explosives and manufacturing of accessories, techniques and instruments for initiation, research and application of high-accuracy electronic detonators, loading mechanization, etc.
IV. Drilling equipment and techniques, other machinery and instruments for drilling.
V. Policies and arts for management of blast safety, such as safety and environmental effects and their control, research on safety criterion of blasting operations, techniques for control of ground vibration, air blast, dust and noise, protective measures for blast hazards, quality test and destroy of explosive products and accessories.
Paper Submission:
Authors wishing to present papers at APS BLASTING3 are invited to submit an abstract of 200 - 400 words in English to the following email address: cseb@cseb.org.cn or mingxiuzhu@yahoo.com.cn.
Abstract Requirements:
Abstracts must be submitted electronically by December 20, 2011.
In 200-400 words, your abstract should summarize the major points of your proposed 5-10 page paper.
3 to 5 keywords are required. Title of the paper, together with the name, work unit, and email address of the author(s), should be attached.
Official Language:
Papers must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the conference.
